We strongly believe that focused, motivational and supportive coaching can make a huge difference to the performance of key employees in any organisation.
We believe that in order to help an individual, an in depth understanding of that person has to be the starting point. No couches here – just the use of incisive tools and techniques to assess the individual’s personality and competence in key areas.
Using this information, and a clearly contracted coaching relationship, we’ll work with an individual to capitalise on their strengths and develop their areas of weakness. Unlike some other coaches, we do challenge and provide ideas and suggestions if appropriate. Self-discovery is a wonderful self-development tool – but we all need a helping hand from time to time.
Coaching can be a long-term or short-term contract depending on the individual and their specific goals, but the end result remains the same: to help someone fulfil their potential and give them the opportunity to achieve everything that they are capable of achieving.
