Duncan has worked in Human Capital Management consulting for the last 13 years,previously working as a risk manager for a large US Institutional Investment Manager. He has specialised in Alternative Investment sector for 6 years, working with both hedge funds and investors in hedge funds looking at Corporate Structure, personnel and remuneration structures. He has worked predominantly on front office functions across research, sales, trading and risk. Duncan has lived and worked in the United States, Europe and Asia thus adds the unique understanding of the nuances among the markets. Duncan graduated from Napier University with an Honours degree in Business Studies.
