Fiona Carter, Director
Director of HR

Running our HR Consultancy practice is Fiona Carter who brings her extensive experience working in the consulting field having started her consulting career with Accenture, then SHL and internally at Perot Systems. Prior to joining Pinnacle, Fiona had worked independently with numerous Financial Institutions including CSFB and Deutsche Bank. She has had broad exposure to boutique organisations and large global houses and understands the complexities of HR issues that arise.

Fiona recieved a Bachelor of Sciences degree in Business Administration with Honors from Bath University, she also holds numerous HR related Certifications and Qualifications including the British Psychological Society level A and B Competence in Occupational Testing.
