Jean-Marc Debricon Non-Executive Director
Jean-Marc Debricon became a Non-Executive Director in 2008 and performs an advisory role to the board with regards to strategy and adds considerable value with his extensive market knowledge and network. Jean-Marc started his career at E.B.R.D (The European Bank for Reconstruction and Development) where he was a Portfolio Manager in the Investment Credit Team. During his time at E.B.R.D., Jean-Marc closed circa USD 10.5 billion of deals , 75% of which were Credit Derivatives including large balance sheet transactions. He also used a wide range of cash instruments including asset swaps, senior or sub bonds, notes, loans, GICS, Trust certificates, convertible bonds, equity-linked products, promissory notes, structured notes and commercial paper.
After leaving E.B.R.D. in 2001, Jean-Marc joined Rabobank where until 2009 he was a Managing Director within their Global Financial Markets Team, European Head of Structured Credit Trading, Equity and Fund Derivatives. At Rabobank Jean-Marc was responsible for the Structuring, Financial Engineering and Product Development across asset classes (Equity, Funds, Credit, Rates, FX, Hybrids) and managed a team of 30.
