Based upon detailed information gathering by our specialist team, we will conduct a property search on your behalf prior to the employees’ arrival to ensure properties are in line with set budget and that they meet the agreed requirements of the employee.

Once a short-list of properties is agreed, our consultant will view them before accompanying the employee on the viewings.  This is to ensure as best as possible that the time spent is of greater value.

All first viewing will be accompanied by one of our consultants to ensure that the employee is happy with the selection but also if necessary, to help change the requirements

Once a property is found, our consultant will assist you to review the tenancy agreement and outline their thoughts, although for a more legal opinion we do encourage them to check with their own legal advisors

Once the property is ready for occupation, our consultant will carry out a pre-inspection of the property

If temporary accommodation is required, we can also assist in the search for serviced accommodation.
