Having spent more than a decade within the Search industry, Sheridan’s exposure to Alternative Investments began in 1997 when he assisted a leading Prime Broker with the start-up of their Global Prime Brokerage Team. Subsequently he has built up a successful track record working in partnership with numerous Prime Brokers, Hedge Funds, Fund of Funds and Family Offices. Having worked on such a wide variety of assignments he has developed a thorough understanding of the Alternative Investment Markets and has developed a strong network that enables him to target key people in the industry. He has worked on a diverse range of Retained and Contingency Assignments including COO's, CFO's, Investor Relations, Portfolio Managers, Traders, Sales, Client Services, Risk Managers, Heads of Operations, Quant Analysts and Research Analysts in London, New York, Hong Kong and Singapore.

As a result of his tenure in the Industry and ability to deliver on often difficult mandates, Sheridan’s expertise has been called upon on numerous occasions to assist start-ups and established Funds when opening new offices Globally. At the beginning of 2005, Sheridan successfully launched Pinnacle’s Asian Headquarters in Hong Kong and is currently working towards opening offices in Singapore and Beijing.

Sheridan received a Law degree with Honours from Exeter University in the United Kingdom.
